Sometimes things just don't go according to plan, am I right or am I right?!? 

One in a Jillion pieces leave our studio beautifully packaged, ready for the journey to their forever home.  However, if by chance an item arrives in a condition that is other than perfect, please let us know ASAP so we can make it right.  Photos are our friend!  Contact us by email, oneinajillion@hotmail.com, and include photos to give us a jump start on the process.

I can still fit into the earrings I wore in high school...

Due to the personal nature of One in a Jillion pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our earrings.  Besides, once you own a pair of our beauties exchanging them won't even cross your mind!

We do ask though that you take a moment and choose wisely.  Our product descriptions include information about each set, including the size of pieces to ensure you are able to make the best possible purchasing decision.  If you require further information on a set or would like any information clarified, please reach out to us prior to making a purchase and we'll be delighted to assist!

All our our beauties are individually hand crafted and will include some small, unique characteristics, making them perfectly imperfect and truly 'One in a Jillion'.

Also, we can't accept returns on gift cards but will help you find something you absolutely love, even if it means customising something as unique as you.
